Maintenance of Monso Water Purifiers is crucial to keep the water pure and should be performed by an MHWE (Monso Healthy Water Expert).
We have been making sure our customers' Monso Water Purifiers are running smoothly, no matter how many years they have been using them. We have been keeping our maintaining Monso Water Purifiers in the UK for 15 years.

We have tested the tap water quality, hardness, and toughness numerously all around the areas that we are serving. We are keeping our tests updated always. Based on our research and tests, every area in the UK has its service and visit times due to the quality of the water being lower or higher. Due to the fluctuation of water quality in every different area, we are keeping the numbers in our system and we are processing our unique maintenance system to keep in contact with customers that need maintenance.
This means, based on the area you live, you could be visited twice or once a year. Of course, if you feel that the taste quality of the Monso Water Purifier has dropped, you should contact us to request a visit without waiting for our visit call for maintenance.

Cleaning and sanitization of water tank
Through maintenance of the water tank and water paths in order to ensure and provide clean water. The water tank and water paths are serviced in detail through the use of a specialized water purifier sanitation kit during Monso Expert’ s maintenance visits.
Cleanliness of airtight tank is further enhanced with Heart Service sanitation using specialist equipment provided to our Monso Experts.
